The IX Congress of the Association of Foreign Students of Russia has come to an end at the Krasnodar State Institute of Culture. More than 120 representatives of foreign students from all over Russia, representatives of universities, government agencies, diplomatic and public organizations took part in conferences and creative events.

Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov took part in the international event "Reading Pushkin together" in the framework of the cultural and educational leisure project of the university "Interactive Campus". On the birthday of the great Russian poet, June 6, a meeting of all admirers of his work, lovers of Russian literature, people who value the cultural heritage of our country and are fans of the works of Alexander Sergeevich, took place on Pushkin Alley.

Every year the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) carry out work on the annual selection of the 100 best inventions of the year. Experts from the FIPS branch expert departments identify potential inventions from the ones they recommend to the Perspective Inventions database and mark them with the highest score.

Until May 31, within the framework of the exhibition "Finding a craft", an exposition of creative works of students and graduates of the direction of training "Decorative and applied arts and folk crafts" of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.

At the flagship university, a press conference was held with the rector of the university and the director of the institute for organizing and managing the recruitment of the university. The peculiarities of the upcoming admission of applicants in 2021 became the main topic of the meeting of representatives of the university with journalists.

At the Boiling point of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov held a pitch session of projects within the framework of the Startup as a Diploma program.

BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov was visited by the chairman of the board of the center for Russian-Chinese humanitarian cooperation and development, professor, academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Mr. Yin Bin.

May 26 at 14:00 in the "Boiling point of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov ”, on the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship, students of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhova will present the developed startups to experts and mentors.

A meeting of the Council of Rectors of Higher Educational Institutions of the Belgorod Region was held at the flagship university.

The first TEDx conference "The Day to Come" was held in the Belgorod Region. A variety of interesting topics were raised at the conference: from industry to human personality.
