Sergey Nikolaevich Glagolev, Prof., Doctor of Economic Sciences, Rector

He was born on November 16, 1959 in the village of Suslovo, Mariinsky district, Kemerovo region;

In 1982 he graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction Institute with a degree in Automotive Engineering and Transport Management.

In 2002 he graduated from the Moscow Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration with degree in "State a Municipal Management."

In 2002 he got his candidate of science degree (PhD) in "Economics and National Economy Management (economics, management of enterprises, industrial branches and units)".

In 2007 he became a laureate of the Russian contest "Engineer of the Year."

In 2009 he took his doctoral degree in "Economics and National Economy Management (economics, ma,nagement of enterprises and industrial branches and units)."

His area of scientific and educational activities is currently the development of interdisciplinary training methods in the system of "economy and transport facilities development strategy — management of transportation processes — maintenance of transport and technological machines and equipment".

Sergey Glagolev is married. He has two sons and three grandchildren.
