The forum "Friends of Crimea - Friends of Russia" was held in Moscow. Russian politicians, government officials, public figures were joined by guests from abroad - activists of the International Association of Friends of Crimea. Representatives of 40 countries arrived in the capital, including from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

At Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, a solemn joint meeting of the Council of the Russian Union of Rectors and the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the All-Russian public organization "Russian Union of Rectors", was held.

At BSTU named after V. G. Shukhov, a meeting of the Commission on International Cooperation of the Council of Rectors of Belgorod Region Universities was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Commission - Vice-Rector for International Affairs of the University Ruslan Lesovik.

At BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov held an evening of reminiscences about the events of a hundred years ago, which rallied the Russian and Serbian peoples. Russia became the main ally of Serbia in World War I.

Today the BSTUhas a special holiday - the birthday of a person who has been investing his soul and heart in the university and its development for 20 years. This is a professor, doctor of economic sciences, rector of the Belgorod State University named after V.G. Shukhov - Sergei Glagolev.

BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, together with the Gubkin spiritual and educational center "Transfiguration", organized trips for foreign students to Moscow, Sergiev Posad and Gubkin.

Today, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov took part in a meeting of the Council of Rectors of Belgorod Region Universities.
