According to tradition, Shukhov's readings were held at BSTU named after V.G. shukhov, dedicated to the memory of the outstanding engineer and our fellow countryman Vladimir Grigorievich Shukhov.

At the flagship university of the Belgorod region, diplomas were awarded to graduates of the Institute of Technological Equipment and Mechanical Engineering. The institute trains specialists of a wide profile, has an extensive base of educational and methodological laboratories and is actively involved in research activities.

Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin approved the program of fundamental scientific research until 2030. The main objectives of this program are to develop the intellectual potential of Russian science and create an effective management system for scientific research to increase their relevance and importance for the economy.

Due to the epidemiological situation in the country, training at the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov was temporarily transferred to the format of online education.

In the last days of the outgoing year, we talk about achievements and sum up the results of the multifaceted activities of the university. This year has been a challenge for all of us.

The meeting of university employees and representatives of the Department of Internal and Personnel Policy of the Belgorod Region took place at the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov. The meeting was devoted to summing up the results of the regional competition "Our pride".

The flagship university hosted an annual meeting of members of the board and the board of trustees of the endowment fund of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.

On December 18, a solemn ceremony of opening the ice rink of the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov. Every year, with the onset of frosty weather, an ice rink is opened on the territory of the region's flagship university for all those who love sports, winter and good mood. This year the sports facility will operate around the clock.

The teachers of the flagship university of the Belgorod region are doing colossal work not only in the field of training highly qualified specialists, but also in the field of scientific research and discoveries.

An automated complex has been developed at the flagship university, for performing marking and control operations based on an anthropomorphic robot. It will provide a reduction in labor intensity when receiving pipeline parts.
