Round Table Discussion between the University of Pristina and Institute of Economics and Management at BSTU
The program of the visit of representatives of the Serbian University was included a "round table" discussion, which was attended by the guests and faculty members of the Institute of Economics and management of BSTU (IEM). The major topics were cooperation program in energy, transportation, sociology, cultural exchange, however the economic area was in the limelight, as stated by the rector of the University of Pristina, Prof. Dr. Zdravko Vitoshevich,.IEM Director Professor, Doctor, A. Doroshenko, presented the Serbian colleagues the organization and content of the academic process in economic subjects, and expressed confidence in the fruitful implementation of the outlined cooperation prospects, particularly taking into account that BSTU’s rich experience in cooperating with foreign partners, including Serbian universities.
Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Pristina , professor, Dr. Srecko Milachech noted that "the greatest asset is intellectual capital," so he and his colleagues are having diversified and targeted efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning of students.
Director of Innovation and Technology Centre, L.G. Romanovich gave a presentation on incentives the incentives for innovations on the basis of higher education and the experience obtained by our university. Victoria Ryapuhina reported on the activities and prospects for the development of her company "International Training Centre for staff development."
There was a lively exchange of views between the participants of the event, but at the end, all the present agreed that an active and mutually beneficial cooperation will promote quality growth of our universities, increase academic mobility and strengthen friendly relations between people of different countries.
