Working visit to Tula
On Thursday, August 11, the delegation of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov visited Tula. The program of the visit includes a meeting with the management of JSC Machine-Building Plant Shtamp and a visit to Tula State University, where a working meeting was held on cooperation and development with the heads of several enterprises - INTC Composite Valley (representatives of Knauf GIPS NOVOMOSKOVSK LLC), PO "Tulamashzavod", JSC "Glanit", FGBOU VO "TulGU", FGBOU VO "TSPU named after L.N. Tolstoy, OOO AEROSOL NOVOMOSKOVSK, JSC UK INTC Composite Valley. Our delegation includes Rector of the University Sergey Glagolev, First Projector Yevgeny Yevtushenko, Deputy Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Elena Danshina and Director of the Center for High Technologies Vyacheslav Sirota. General Director of JSC "Machine-building plant" Shtamp "named after. B.L. Vannikova Vladimir Oleinikov and the technical specialists of the enterprise, who were present at the meeting, drew attention to the possibilities of our university in the field of digital design, which were presented by the rector of the university Sergey Glagolev.
They became interested in digital design of the equipment line and will soon cooperate with BSTU. V.G. Shukhov in this direction. I was also interested in the subject of restoration of parts, which is one of the strengths of the developments of our scientists. Negotiations will continue on this topic. During a working meeting in TulSU, where the rectors of three universities were present - BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, Tula State University and Tula State Pedagogical University named after L.N. Tolstoy, General Director of the REC "TulaTECH", outlined ways for further cooperation between universities and enterprises of the Tula region in the scientific, technological and educational fields.
The parties also discussed the prospects for our university to obtain the status of a participant in the Composite Valley Innovation Science and Technology Center. Tatyana Arinicheva, Deputy General Director, Director of the Department for Commercialization and Development of Scientific and Technical Activities of the Participants of the Composite Valley Innovation Science and Technology Center Foundation, told the audience about the possibilities of cooperation. Not without samovars, which Tula is famous for. During the visit to the Shtamp plant, the Shukhovites were given a tour of the museum, where they demonstrated the history of the production of samovars, as well as military products.
