Student of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhovbecame the owner of the Grand Prix of the Russian National Junior Water Competition.A student of the 3rd year of industrial ecology in the direction of biotechnology of the Institute of Chemical Technology of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov Ekaterina Bezdetko won the Russian National Junior Water Competition 2022.
The winners were awarded by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia. Out of 1,500 projects, the best ones were chosen in 14 nominations. The project of Ekaterina Bezdetko was awarded the highest award of the competition - the "Golden Fish" - and the gratitude of the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation. Student devoted her work to the treatment of wastewater from oil products using waste. It should be noted that the Russian National Junior Water Competition has been held since 2003 with the support of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and the Federal Water Resources. Its goal is to support and encourage the research and project activities of Russian schoolchildren and university students in the field of protection, restoration and rational use of water resources.
