Visit of Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of the Republic of Ecuador
Plenipotentiary Minister of the Embassy of the Republic of Ecuador in the Russian Federation Jorge Patricio Palacios visited BSTU named after V. G. Shukhov.
The minister met with Ecuadorian students studying in Belgorod, and also visited the rector of the flagship university in the region and the vice-rector for international affairs.
We discussed the current situation with the students and the management of the university, important issues related to education and academic performance, payment and accommodation.
