Delegation of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov at the congress of young scientists in Sirius
A congress of young scientists started in Sochi on December 8, which will last 3 days. It will become one of the most notable events of the Year of Science and Technology in Russia, the finale of a large campaign in support of Russian science and education.
The Congress will bring together representatives of leading scientific schools from different regions of Russia, scientific and educational organizations, authorities, industrial partners, outstanding leaders of domestic science, and most importantly - young scientists, winners of grant competitions, students and schoolchildren who have achieved significant results in their research. Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov is represented by six participants. Among them is the director of the small technological university Natalya Altynnik, who is one of the organizers of the Congress. Associate Professor of the Department of Materials Science and Technology of Materials Victoria Nelyubova and Associate Professor of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Chemistry Natalya Cherkashina participate in the Congress as speakers.
Among the participants of the event are master's student Konstantin Starchenko, graduate student Anastasia Mamchenkova and student of the architectural institute Valentin Balyk. The site of the Sirius Science and Arts Park brings together young scholars who have won grants, as well as talented schoolchildren, students and business representatives. The program includes round tables and discussions, as well as presentations of participants' innovative projects.
