Day of National Unity
Dear teachers, staff and students of the Belgorod State Technological University named after Vladimir Grigorievich Shukhov! National Unity Day is our public holiday, symbolizing the key civic values of Russians - solidarity, courage and patriotism. The holiday of the unyielding Russian spirit reminds us of the fearless overcoming of the most difficult historical tests by the Russian state, affirming the inviolability of peace and friendship between peoples. On this significant day, history and modernity are linked together by the best features of the national character and the rich spiritual traditions of our people! Honor and strength, disinterested love for the Motherland and a selfless desire to make the country stronger and more prosperous - these ideas always unite Russians, strengthening their confidence in the correct chosen path of national, political and economic development of the state! This day has a special meaning for our university. Indeed, at the Belgorod State Technological University named after Vladimir Grigorievich Shukhov, representatives of many nationalities of Russia work and study.
