The Arab Tale club welcomes language learners
In recent years, BSTU named after V.G Shukhov has established firm relationship with and a number of the Arabic East and continues to develop close and friendly relations. The university has been repeatedly visited by delegations from Iraq, Oman, Yemen, etc. Confirmation of the developing cooperation is the increasing number of students from Arab countries. Over a hundred young people have been enrolled in the school so far. Other 30 students are expected to start their studies this year.
Therefore, it was agreed to organize language training courses for the university staff to study the Arabic language. Classes will be conducted by the advisor to the Rector for International Affairs, Dr. Yaser Allaham. The training program is not limited by learning language only, additionally they are supposed to include familiarization with the culture and traditions of the Arab people and learning oriental dance. Three trainees, who will mastered the language the most successfully will be sent for internship training to the Sultanate of Oman, as agreed between our university and the Oman party.
The first lesson in a course will be held on October 18 at 16.00 and will be devoted to presentations of the club, which was called "The Arab Tale." The event is open to all comers.
