French Cafe club, season 4
Traditionally, the beginning of the school year at Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov coincides with the opening of the new season for lovers of French language and culture, "French cafe," this academic year was no exception, and on September 16, the Resource Center of French and German, arranged the first meeting of the club. This academic year a new assistant from France Moriner Sarah Maud is responsible for the cultural work with the students coming to the resource center. Sarah joined the team easily and began to work actively. Over the past two meetings the club visitors have learned many new and interesting things. The first café meeting was dedicated to rugby, its history, rules, and various interesting details of the game. In the second session, students learned all about card games in French manner. Game "the bearded" and "Mao-Mao" aroused particular interest. And by tradition the evening ended with games and songs.
Those who wish to participate in the meeting of the French Club, as well as to communicate with native French language speaker and improve their language skills are invited on Friday at 18.00 (office 300).
