BSTU and I: firsthand about career growth and professional success
On the 5th of June, 2020 in the framework of the project "BSTU and I" an online meeting of applicants with the rector of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov Sergey Glagolev, project curators and prominent university graduates - the head of the Department of digital development of the Belgorod region Yevgeny Miroshnikov, director of the Factory of Information Technologies LLC Fedor Zhernov and President of the Alumni Association of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov by Sergey Shevchenko. And also at the event were invited the heads of partner enterprises of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov - General Director of Skif-M LLC Alexander Moskvitin and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shebekinsky Machine-Building Plant JSC Vitaly Minkin. The videoconference was prepared with the active support of the Alumni Employment Promotion Center, the Alumni Association and the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
During the event, each of the invited guests contacted an audience of thousands of applicants online - asked young people questions and shared their secrets of success. The guys who answered the questions correctly and were active during the event received a gift in the form of a business lunch with the head of a large enterprise, etc. Vice-rector for continuing education Sergey Mikhaylichenko spoke about the importance and the correctness of the choice of education in BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, that it is the graduates of our university that practically do not face employment problems and can always find themselves in life.
The director of the institute of organization and management of recruitment Sergei Bulgakov greeted applicants and talked about recruiting in 2020, about all the subtleties and nuances of submitting documents, because this year the admission campaign will be held remotely.
We are sure that this meeting of Belgorod region applicants with the leadership of the main university, “Successful Shukhov graduates” and the heads of the university’s partner enterprises will help the children make the right choice towards professional and personal success in life!
