As part of the international festival "The Earth is Our Home " an exhibition of national cultures took place in a disco hall of the Students Art Palace on May 19.
The hall is filled with the sounds of national music. In the eyes are dazzled by colorful costumes. You feel festive atmosphere ... which brought together BSTU students from 54 countries: Angola, Kuwait, Ghana, Cambodia, Albania, Nigeria, etc. The exhibition of national cultures is a wonderful reason to get together.
Students of the preparatory faculty for foreign citizens got seriously prepared for this event. Mukadi Ba Mukadi Patrice, a first year student (Institute of architecture and construction), specifically for this exhibition got national clothing and footwear from the relatives in Congo. " We do not wear these costumes in the everyday life, we only dress like this only on major holidays. I am proud that I have a national costume, "says Patrice.

Foreign students were proud when talking about their home countries, their customs and traditions. "Each country is unique in its own way, is what we did our best to bring this message to our visitors, " said the exhibitors. Therefore, the exhibition came out to be diverse and vibrant. By the way, some students reported even handmade items - necklaces, bracelets, bags, jewel boxes etc.
And yet the students couldn’t help demonstrating national dancing and playing musical instruments. In general, the exhibition of national cultures has become a real triumph.
