Students attended a memory lesson dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory
A memory lesson dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Defender of the Fatherland Day and the 90th birthday of the famous Belgorod poet, member of the Union of Writers of Russia Igor Andreevich Chernukhin was held at the scientific and technical library.
The meeting was attended by students of ET-191 and ET-192 groups of the Institute of Energy, Information Technology and Control Systems.
The battles on the Kursk Bulge, the liberation of the city of Belgorod, the heroism of Soviet soldiers and the troubles caused by the war were discussed in the poetic language of the works of Igor Chernukhin.
The meeting participants read fragments from the poem “The Third Field”, watched videos of the works: “The Ballad of the Heroic Battle”, “Belgorod, August 5, 1943”, “Letters”.
The verses were preceded by a historical excursus - a story about the feat of the battalion of the Hero of the Soviet Union A.A. Belgin, the front line of the army general, our countryman N.F. Vatutin and a fragment of the film "This whole world, the only and gentle ...", telling about the life and work of Igor Chernukhin. Students heard poems performed by the poet himself.
Library staff congratulated everyone present on Defender of the Fatherland Day and presented a video of the song to the words of the famous poem by Igor Chernukhin “The White-Girl”, which he dedicated to his granddaughter, as a musical gift. This song is considered a symbol of peace and happiness for children and grandchildren, for which fathers and grandfathers gave their lives during the Great Patriotic War.
