An interregional forum on lean management was held at the flagship university
On the 19th of February, the flagship university of the region became one of the sites of the inter-regional forum “Lean Management 2.0. Energy of action. " On the basis of the university, the factory of lean manufacturing processes “Installation of a bench for testing construction products” was working.
At the training site of the process factory, the assembly of a real test bench for testing building products: building double-glazed windows was tested. The specifics of assembly at the site were determined by the main provisions formulated by Rosatom for production systems. If factories in other areas involve conveyor assembly, then at the factory "Installation of a stand for testing construction products", stationary assembly was tested at the facility.
The result of work at the factory of lean manufacturing processes “Installation of a test bench for construction products” was not only knowledge of the main elements and methods of lean manufacturing, but also the introduction of subsequent improvements in companies that would improve efficiency and productivity at this stage of work.
