We won in the All-Russian contest “Trajectory Award”
On the 25th of November , in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the results were summarized and the winners of the All-Russian contest of best practices for youth self-determination "Trajectory Award" were awarded.
The flagship university was represented by the director of the scientific and methodological center for professional adaptation and employment of specialists Yuri Buryak. The Center for Employment of Specialists became the winner in the nomination "Digitalization" with the project "Career Guidance Atlas of the Belgorod Region", which was included in the collection of the best practices of Russia in this industry according to the "Trajectory Award".
The competition was held in four main nominations: “My profession”, “Working youth”, “Professional choice”, “Digitalization”. This year 4 more special nominations were added - “Sports career guidance”, “Career guidance for people with disabilities”, “Career guidance for entrepreneurship” and “Support for young professionals in the energy sector”.
Note that more than 20 projects were sent from the Belgorod region alone to participate in the All-Russian competition.
Note: the Trajectory Prize contest is held as part of the implementation of the priority direction of the state youth policy of Russia - the promotion of vocational guidance and career aspirations of the young generation since 2013. The purpose of the competition is to identify the best practices aimed at informing young people about the professions that are in demand on the labor market, and attracting young people to professional implementation in the real sector of the economy, as well as creating a career guidance system based on best practices.
