The opening ceremony of the space for collective work took place on October 19 at the Center for Metamorphosis.
“Boiling Point” is a developing platform created for the joint work of talented youth on projects of the future. Everyone can organize on its basis an independent and free educational event or take part in it. The project is implemented with the support of ANO Platform NTI and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
On October 19, the number of “Boiling Points” throughout the country doubled and reached 82. Belgorod Oblast was in the wake of creating new educational spaces. One of them was the "Boiling Point" BSTU them. V.G. Shukhov.

Participation in the opening ceremony was attended by: First Vice-Rector of the Provincial University of the Region Yevgeny Yevtushenko, Vice-Rector for Educational Activities Vladimir Polyakov, Head of the Information Technology Factory Fedor Zhernova, Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Development of the Belgorod Region Yana Tarasova, curator of the STI Platform Artem Poltavets, representatives of the city "Boiling points" and the Corporation "Development", teachers and students of the basic university of the region.
With a word of greeting, the first vice-rector of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhova, professor Evgeny Yevtushenko:
“Now we are trying to work within the framework of new STI markets. Their foundation exists now, so in a short time we must learn how to implement our ideas and projects as efficiently as possible.

The director general of the STI platform Dmitry Peskov welcomed the guests of the event in a video message format. He summed up the work of sites in the regions, announced plans for the future, talked about the central events of the season, congratulated the already existing “Boiling Points” with the achievement of high results in various areas of the project.
“The boiling point is a place where you can’t just sit. You need to come here to study, act, look for like-minded people, develop your strength.
The boiling point is a place where you cannot be silent. You must argue, seek arguments, propose solutions. Remember the rules of communication within the work of space: no personalities, only reasonable facts.
Today I sincerely congratulate you on the opening of a new site, and I hope that everything will “fly” with you. After all, if you do not "fly" in thoughts, ideas, work, our country will not be able to advance far. Do not forget that it is you who are her future.
Look for new materials and the right trajectories, do not be afraid to take risks. Let's do something great, ”said the representative of the NTI platform, Artem Poltavets, to university students.
The program of the grand opening of the site included many educational lectures, master classes and pitch sessions in three main areas: NTI markets, end-to-end technologies, talents.
As part of the immersion in the activities of the STI markets, guests of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov was visited by project sessions in priority areas for the university: TechNet, AeroNet, NeuroNet. The session was moderated by experts from the STI markets.
The “Cross-cutting Technologies” direction at the educational event was presented by practice-oriented master classes from leading experts in the field of virtual reality, digital electronics and circuitry. One of the formats of the “Cross-cutting Technologies” direction was the barcamp from the student community of the reference university.
Direction "Talents" has become the basis for highlighting the topic of technological entrepreneurship, organizing your own business and its promotion.
The first day of the University Boiling Point ended with a rich cultural program.
