University scientist - the author of super concrete spoke at the RAACS conference in Smolensk
A meeting of the Central Territorial Division (TEC) of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences and a round table “Reconstruction of urban areas on the principles of the symbiotic development of sociobiological and technical spheres” took place in Smolensk State University.
Corresponding Member of the RAACS, head of the Building materials science, Products and structures department V.S. Lesovik drew attention to the participation of the Academy for work related to the advanced training of construction industry workers. In particular, over 1 thousand employees of various enterprises underwent advanced training in the institute of retraining and advanced training of specialists at BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov in 2018.
In the framework of the All-Russian Conference of Concrete Manufacturers, Valery Stanislavovich made a presentation on the topic “Modern building materials. Present and Future. The event was organized by Poliplast Novomoskovsk LLC, which is one of the largest suppliers of construction chemicals in the Russian market. It should be noted that the deputy director of the SEC (for cements) L.D. Shakhova, is a graduate of the doctorate of the department the Building materials science, Products and structures department. The audience includes the largest producers of ready-mixed concrete and concrete products in the Moscow region, the central federal district, the Volga federal district, the Urals, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
