The united memorandum on cooperation between Russian and Moroccan universities was signed
The signing of the united memorandum, which implies a fruitful cooperation between universities in Russia and Morocco, was held within the framework of the Forum.

Turgenev, Prof. Sergey Radchenko, President of Ibn Tofail University (Kenitra), Prof. Azzeddine El Midaoui, President of Chouaïb Doukkali University (El-Jadida), Prof. Yahia Boughaleb, Rector of Belgorod State Agrarian University named after V. Gorin, Prof. Alexander Turyanskiy, Rector of Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law, Prof. Vitaly Teplov, President of Abdelmalek Essaadi University (Tetouan), Prof. Houdaifa Ameziane, Vice - President of the International University of Rabat, Prof. Abdelaziz Benjouad, Rector of Southwest State University, Prof. Sergey Emelyanov (Kursk), Director of the Institute of International Education of Voronezh State University, PhD, Associate Prof. Vladimir Rodionov, Vice-Rector of Belgorod State University of Arts and Culture, Prof. Irina Belogortseva.
The memorandum includes further productive work between universities, the introduction of international student exchange programs, joint scientific research in the field of architecture, engineering, medicine, construction, agriculture and research in other areas.
