«Workouts with the Champion» were held at the flagship university
The first "Workouts with the Champion" were held at the observation area of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov on October 13. Lecturers and students of the flagship university took part in it.
The event was initiated by the Department of Physical Education and Sport, with the goal of developing healthy habits and promoting a healthy lifestyle among BSTU students and staff. Every Saturday, at 10:00, anyone can learn the correct, effective technique of doing exercises, productively spend time with friends and with famous champions - Masters of Sports of Russia from BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
Master of Sports of Russia, European champion in athletics, university lecturer Alexander Sheplyakov gave workouts.
Vice-rector for cultural, educational and social work of BSTU named after V. G. Shukhov Irina Avilova took part at the morning exercises together with students. 30 people attended the event.
The university management invites everyone to the next morning workouts, which will be held on October 20 at the observation area of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
