The first issue of the scientific journal «Geo science Vector» was published
The first issue of the scientific journal «Geo science Vector» was published at the regional flagship university – BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov. Original scientific articles focus on fundamental and applied problems of geodesy, land management and cadaster and other areas of the specialization group «Earth Sciences» are published in the edition:

25.00.09 Geochemistry, geochemical methods of searching for minerals;
25.00.10 Geophysics, geophysical methods of prospecting for minerals;
25.00.11 Geology, prospecting and exploration of solid minerals, minerageny;
25.00.16 Mining and oil and gas field geology, geophysics, surveying and subsoil geometry;
25.00.22 Geotechnology (underground, open and construction);
25.00.23 Physical geography and biogeography, geography of soils and geochemistry of landscapes;
25.00.24 Economic, social, political and recreational geography;
25.00.26 Land management, cadaster and land monitoring;
25.00.32 Geodesy;

The journal is published in an online version with the frequency of four issues per year and is placed on the university's website in the Science section - Publication activity - Geo science Vector and on the site of the Scientific Electronic Library. The journal is also indexed in the Russian scientific citation index and Google Scholar.
A competition was held among students, postgraduates and university staff for the best cover as part of the preparation of the journal publication. The editors express their gratitude to all participants who sent the entries:
