An agreement on the implementation of educational scientific and cultural programs between BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov and Ferghana Polytechnic Institute (Uzbekistan) was signed today.
Rector of Ferghana Polytechnic Institute Oybek Otakulov, rector of the regional flagship university, Professor Sergey Glagolev, the university management attended the signing ceremony.
