Celebration of the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman
On the occasion of the 47th National Day of the Sultanate of Oman the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman H.E. Mr. Yousuf Al Zadjali invited as an honored guest vice rector in international affairs of the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov -prof. R.V. Lesovik.
The National holiday in the Sultanate of Oman is celebrated annually in the second decade of November. It lasts two days and includes the celebration of the country's independence day, which was found in 1650, and the birthday of Sultan Oman Qaboos Bin SaeedAl Said, who was born in 1940.
The Sultanate of Oman is a state in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula, which borders Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.The University of Sultan Qaboos– is the main educational institution and BSTU named after V.G.Shukhov has strong partnership relations and a cooperation agreement. Nowadaysthere are 6 students from the Sultanate of Oman studying at our university.
