Discussing the issues of students from Angola
On October 23 an official, responsible for financial matters in the work with the students of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Russia Mr. Daniel Pedro Samba paid an visit to Belgorod State Technological university named after V.G. Shukhov.
In the morning, Mr. Samba had a meeting with Vice-Rector for International Relations, Professor R.V. Lesovik. The conversation touched on timely payment of tuition fees and living expenses for the students from Angola, further training of students in graduate and postgraduate levels, as well as about students’ life on campus.
The representative of the Republic of Angola had a tour of the university and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of development of the university. Also during the visit Daniel Pedro Samba managed to communicate with the Angolan students and be involved in organizational issues concerning their lives and studies at BSTU.
