Learning Russian is exciting
In 2012 (after 20 years of being on the 6th-7th positions) the Russian language again was ranked the fourth in the world in the prevalence (rating guide to the world's languages Ethnologue, SIL Internaional). "How to teach Russian language in an interesting and effective way?" Answers to this question were highlighted at a master class, prepared by a young teacher of N.V. Shmorgunova.
The lesson demonstrated is part of the lessons on general command of Russian as a foreign language and is aimed at mastering the topic "The verbs of motion with prefixes." The class offers a system of exercises to work on fixing the grammar and vocabulary skills. Natalia Shmorgunova told about how "to teach and learn by playing." In the classroom the teacher showed methodological workshop tasks aimed at developing skills in students linguistic and cultural aptitude through the use of teaching games.
The master class was attended by the faculty staff and invited guests - interns from France and Turkey - the future teachers of Russian as a foreign language.
