Gratitude and appraisal for most active students.
The last session of the Council of Foreign National Affinity Groups, summarized the results of students’ performance and social activity during the first semester of this academic year.
According to the President of the Council, Abassi Ammar Syed, the foreign students have worked hard for the benefit of the university and only a limited number of major BSTU events took place without the participation of foreign students.
The Council of Foreign Affinity Groups and Center for International Education and Cooperation expresses gratitude to the following undergraduates and PHd students:
1) Kolembe Zakariash Sonzhamba Vasco, Angola, for a special award at the XVI International Festival of original songs and poetry "Nezhegolskaya Path 2012" and active social position.
2) Muhongo Gilherme Pedro Diaz, Angola for victory in an open competition for youth IX conversational genre of "It is time, to light the hearts like stars" and III place in a traditional contest "Student of the Year" dedicated to World International Students Day.
3) Sron Dina, Kambodia, for the third place in the International open students' Internet Olympiad in strength of materials and theoretical mechanics.
4) Phai Phearak, Kambodia, for participation in the third, final tour of International open students' Internet Olympiad in strength of materials and theoretical mechanics.
5) Chu Samnang for participation in the third, final tour of International open students' Internet Olympiad in strength of materials and theoretical mechanics.
6) Alberto Silva Paulo, Angola, 5th year student for perfect arrangement of Angolan Independence Day and active social position.
7) Kawungo Miguel Diavita Victor,Angola, for the best soccer player title, outstanding behaviour, diligence and social activity.
8) Kawungo Franscisco Diavita Victor, Angola, for excellent behaviour, diligence and social activity.
9) Muhongo Josina Madalena Pedro, Angola, for excellent behaviour, diligence and social activity.
10) Amahoru Angie, 5 year student, Indonesia, for participation in a vocal contest «Accord 2012», and IId degree diploma .
11) Maina Emmanuel Stephen, Nigeria for the IId place in the university contest «Talents and admirers - 2012».
