Electronic passes
Access to educational buildings and student dormitories of the university is carried out using electronic passes.
To FIRST obtain a pass, you MUST:
1. Send an email request to pass@intbel.ru. In the application, indicate: Last name, First name, Patronymic; institute in which you study or the department in which you work and position. Attach a photo in * .jpg format to the letter
2. Expect an answer. When the pass is ready, to the address from which the application is sent, a response will be sent indicating the date of issue of the pass.
You can get a pass on any working day, starting from the date indicated in the response message.
The pass is issued ONLY IN THE HANDS OF THE OWNER!
Reimbursable cost of electronic key - 250р. Payment is made upon receipt. Possible ways: cash, bank card.
IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO THE APPLICATION FOR MORE THAN 3 WORKING DAYS
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
- Your request has been sent to the wrong address
- No information about you in the database
- Inadequate photo sent

Recovering lost gaps
If the lost pass was received earlier than 2023, recovery occurs as well as the initial production of the pass.
If the lost pass was received in 2024 and later, the restoration takes place immediately, upon personal request of the owner. You will need an identity document (passport, driver's license, record, student ticket, etc.)
It is also possible to submit a recovery request. In this case, the photo sent in the application will be used.
Passes are issued from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 17 o'clock. Break from 13 to 14 hours.
