Institute of architecture is one of the newest at Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. It was established in October 2, 2017 on the basis of the Institute of Architecture and Construction.
The Institute of architecture provides training on the following courses:
- 07.03.01 Architecture (qualification - bachelor, duration of training - 5 years)
- 07.03.03 Design of the architectural environment (qualification - bachelor, duration of training - 5 years)
- 07.03.04 Urban planning (qualification - bachelor, duration of training - 5 years)
- 21.03.02 Land management and cadastres (qualification - Bachelor, 4 years)
- 21.05.01 Applied geodesy (qualification - specialist, training period - 5 years)
The Institute conducts an active, diverse life, participates in international exhibitions and forums, conferences, students are engaged in creative work, participate in student events and construction teams.
Educational and laboratory equipment provides the educational process under approved educational programs. The department of architecture and town planning, architectural environment design has classrooms for composition and architectural design, a sculptural workshop, diploma design rooms and computer classes.
Annually the university hold exhibitions of graduation and creative works of students and lecturers of the Architectural Institute. Faculty and staff members participate in the work of scientific and practical conferences, forums and seminars held at BSTU and other universities of Russia.
